Zocor Class Action

An Individual Lawsuit is Better

We believe that people who suffered a serious injury or death due to the Zocor cholesterol-lowering drug are better served when an individual lawsuit is filed on their behalf. A serious injury or death case should not be filed as part of any Zocor class action together with the claims of many other people who may have had different injuries caused by this cholesterol-lowering drug.

From our point of view, a class action is probably not the best way to approach Zocor litigation for an injury or death case which involves any of the following:

  • Rhabdomyolysis
  • Myopathy
  • Renal / Kidney Failure
  • Liver Failure
  • Drug Induced Hepatits
  • Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD)
  • Tendon Rupture

If you are interested in getting the facts of your possible Zocor case reviewed by our law firm, please complete our Zocor Case Evaluation form for a free legal case review.

If any relatives or friends need legal advice or legal representation for a possible claim involving an injury or a death which may have been caused by Zocor, please direct them to this web site or have them call us on our toll-free telephone number: (800) 426-9535.
