Directions to Firm

Lumina Station

Directions from Rt. 74/76 or Rt. 17 (from the west or south of Wilmington):

Just outside of Wilmington Rt. 74/76 will join into Rt. 17. Soon thereafter you will be on a large bridge that goes over the Cape Fear River. Stay straight following Rt. 76 signs, not Rt. 74 or Rt. 17 signs. Go a couple of miles until there is a fork in the road; at the fork, veer to the right, which is Oleander Drive/Rt. 76. Stay on Oleander Drive/Rt. 76 for an estimated 4-5 miles. Upon crossing over a small bridge (you will see Bradley Creek Marina on the right-hand side) Oleander Drive/Rt. 76 turns into Military Cutoff. Continue on this road. After the marina you will round a bend and then pass through 2 sets of stoplights; just after 1st stoplight do not follow Rt. 76, which veers to the right; stay straight. At the 3rd set of lights you will take a right onto Eastwood Road (intersection of Military Cutoff and Eastwood Road). Now begin watching for Landfall (a gated residential neighborhood) on your left. After you pass the entrance to Landfall look to your right and very soon you will see Lumina Station on your right. Pass the main entrance way and take your 1st right onto Southerland Avenue, which is immediately before the First Citizens Bank. Go straight back about a block and you will see a Lumina Station office building on your right-hand side. Take a right into the 2nd entrance way and park anywhere in the lot. We are located on the second floor of the 1908 building, in Suite 225.

Directions from Rt. 17 (from the north of Wilmington)

Once into the Wilmington area, look for a major intersection where you have the option of taking a right on the Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway to I-40, or a left on Rt. 74/Eastwood Road to Wrightsville Beach. Take a left at this intersection. You will go through several stoplights. After you pass the stoplight at the intersection of Eastwood Road and Military Cutoff begin watching for Landfall (a gated residential neighborhood) on your left.

Directions from I-40:

Upon crossing Market Street/Rt. 17, Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway turns into Eastwood Road/Rt. 74. After you pass the stoplight at the intersection of Eastwood Road and Military Cutoff begin watching for Landfall (a gated residential neighborhood) on your left.
