Vioxx Lawsuits With Trial Dates in 2006

Vioxx Trials Scheduled in Federal MDL and State Courts

Several Vioxx lawsuits are scheduled to go to trial in 2006; some of them at the same time.  Vioxx manufacturer Merck & Co. could find itself in a situation where they are forced to deploy separate defense counsel teams to different venues and transport its corporate witnesses from courtroom to courtroom since Merck has vowed to defend itself against each Vioxx lawsuit, and settle none.

Below is a list of the Vioxx cases filed against Merck which are currently scheduled to go to trial in 2006.
