Vioxx Class Actions

An Individual Lawsuit is Better

We believe that people who had a serious Vioxx injury or suffered a death due to Vioxx are better served when an individual lawsuit is filed on their behalf. A serious injury or death case should not be filed as part of any Vioxx class action together with the claims of many other people who may have had different injuries caused by Vioxx.

From our point of view, a class action is probably not the best way to approach Vioxx litigation for an injury or death case which involves any of the following:

  • Stroke (cerebrovascular accident or CVA)
  • Heart Attack
  • Sudden Cardiac Death (heart failure)
